New Day for America announced today that Linda DiVall was joining the organization as its pollster and senior advisor. Ohio Governor John Kasich announced the creation of New Day for America in April.
“Linda is one of the very best strategists and pollsters in American politics,” said New Day for America Executive Director Matt Carle. “Her extensive work on national campaigns and in New Hampshire makes her the perfect fit for New Day for America.”
“Governor Kasich is a unique Republican who has a very strong record of leadership, reform and accomplishment as a two term elected Governor of Ohio,” said Linda DiVall. “I have known John Kasich since 1981 when he first ran for Congress and knocked off the only Democratic incumbent to lose in the 1982 cycle. Governor Kasich’s integrity and his fearless nature in tackling tough problems with outside the box solutions is exactly what is needed to turn our country around. I am honored to be a part of his team.”
