Using Perception Analyzer dial testing, mock jurors are able to rate plaintiff and defense attorneys’ presentations, evidence and witnesses. American Viewpoint has also assisted several Fortune 500 companies facing class action lawsuits in their communications efforts as well as case preparation. Our experience in campaign-related research translates well into winning in the courtroom. Additionally, we have conducted aggressive survey research for two Fortune 500 companies facing bankruptcy reorganization. We also have interviewed shareholders in a class settlement issue to verify that achieving a 70% consensus among shareholders was doable. |
