Randall Gutermuth, Vice President

Randall Gutermuth is the Director of Political Affairs at American Viewpoint specializing in political and public affairs research, as well as Perception Analyzer Dial Testing. Randall’s current political clients include Missouri Senator Jim Talent, Missouri Governor Matt Blunt, Georgia Senator Johnny Isakson, congressional members Nancy Johnson, Mike Oxley and Ed Whitfield among others, the Missouri and Georgia Republican parties and numerous state legislators.

Before coming to American Viewpoint, Randall worked at SWR Worldwide where he conducted polling for various candidates including Alabama Governor Bob Riley, Congressman Kenny Hulshof, and Congressman Mike Pence. He has also conducted campaign research for various organizations including the National Rifle Association and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Randall has also conducted corporate research in recent years for such organizations as AARP, AT&T, Business Roundtable, Federation of American Hospitals, Goodyear, HCA, The Jacksonville Jaguars, Pfizer, Phillip Morris (Altria), Mortgage Bankers Association of America, PhRMA, Coca-Cola and US WEST, among others.

Gutermuth has conducted over 60 Perception Analyzer dial tests in the past few years including tests of the 2000 Republican and Democratic presidential primary debates, the results of which aired on such networks as ABC, NBC, CNBC, CNN, Headline News, and Fox News. In 2004 Randall conducting ad testing on behalf of Bush-Cheney '04.
