Gary Ferguson, Senior Vice President

Gary Ferguson is one of the founders of American Viewpoint and directs health care and public policy research for the company. He has conducted hundreds of studies evaluating Medicare, Medicaid and other programs including the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.

In addition, he has extensive experience in conducting health care research related to member satisfaction, provider satisfaction, benefit development and new product development. His clients have included the Advisory Council on Social Security, the Alliance to Improve Medicare, the American Hospital Association, the American Medical Association, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, the Healthcare Leadership Council, IMS Health, Pfizer Inc., PhRMA and other American Viewpoint clients.

As a consultant to the International Foundation for Election Systems, he has directed major national surveys in Russia, Ukraine, and Armenia, and conducted qualitative and quantitative research in the Philippines. In addition, he has worked with the International Republican Institute on its Russia and Central Asia programs.

Aside from his work in these areas, he has conducted polling for numerous Republican congressional and statewide campaigns and advised a diverse clientele including government agencies, educational institutions, public affairs companies, corporations, and national advocacy groups.
